1. Agreement
By using RivoCall services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
RivoCall provides AI-assisted missed-call response workflows, SMS qualification, lead delivery, and plan-dependent reporting and portal features.
3. Plans and feature access
- Basic and Pro plan access depends on active subscription status
- Some capabilities are available only to Pro subscribers
- Plan changes can alter feature availability immediately or at renewal
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate onboarding and routing information
- Use telephony and messaging channels lawfully
- Configure forwarding in line with carrier and compliance requirements
- Protect account credentials and authorized access
5. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew by billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, defined in written agreement, or described in our Refund & Return Policy.
6. SMS messaging terms
By opting in through a RivoCall website form or another disclosed intake channel, you agree to receive conversational and transactional SMS messages related to your inquiry, scheduling, onboarding, account activity, and support follow-ups.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with RivoCall
- Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan
- Reply STOP to opt out of future messages
- Reply HELP for assistance or contact us through Support
- Consent is not a condition of purchase
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
7. Limitations
RivoCall is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes. Customers remain responsible for final service decisions.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RivoCall is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant period.
